Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of NeroImage ("the Software"), provided by YOUR COMPANY NAME ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing a license or installing the Software, you agree to these Terms.
1. License grant
Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use NeroImage on up to the number of devices permitted by your license key (2 activations per key by default). The Software is licensed, not sold.
2. Activation and deactivation
Each license key allows a limited number of simultaneous activations. You may deactivate the Software from within the app to free an activation slot before reinstalling or moving to a new PC.
3. Updates
Your license includes free minor updates for the lifetime of the product version you purchased. We may release paid major upgrades in the future; existing licenses are not affected.
4. Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or your license key. Sharing a license key beyond its permitted activation count may result in revocation.
5. Support
Support is provided via the in-app ticket system, limited to one new ticket per calendar day (IST) per license, plus replies to existing tickets.

7. Disclaimer of warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
