Refund Policy

1. Refund window

If you're not satisfied with NeroImage, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

2. How to request a refund

Email info@whitecoretechnology.com with your order number (or the email/phone you purchased with) and a brief reason. We aim to process refund requests within a few business days.

3. What happens to your license

When a refund is approved and processed, your license key is automatically revoked and any active PC activations are freed. NeroImage will stop working on all activated PCs the next time it checks in with our servers (or immediately if it's online at the time).

4. Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline a refund request in cases of suspected abuse (e.g. repeated purchase-refund cycles, or license key sharing beyond the activation limit).
